"Sizing was way off and no one followed up"
I was disappointed with the sizing on this. It runs a lot smaller than I expected, so it didn’t fit the way I hoped at all. I also reached out about it and never got any follow-up, which made the whole experience more frustrating

"I reached out twice about my order and..."
I reached out twice about my order and barely got anything back. After waiting days, I got one short reply that didn’t actually solve anything, and it felt like they made it my problem to figure out. Frustrating when you’re already waiting on an order and no one seems to care. I wouldn’t order from them again...

"Delivery took forever"
I ordered a pair of sneakers and the delivery date kept getting pushed back. I was already in a bit of a rush to get them, so the lack of tracking updates made it even more stressful. They finally showed up late, but i don’t think I’d order from here again.

"Not much to choose from"
I went in hoping to find something I liked, but the selection felt limited. There weren’t many styles or sizes that worked for me, and a lot of it looked kind of the same. I ended up leaving without buying anything. Also, it kind of felt like nobody really read or cared about my message when I tried to share the issue, which made the whole experience more frustrating.

"Kind of hard to find what I needed"
The site felt messy to me, I kept clicking around trying to find stuff, and then checkout got confusing too. I did eventually get through it, but it wasn’t exactly a smooth experience

"Returns were such a hassle"
I tried to exchange a pair of shoes the support team made the whole thing way more frustrating than it needed to be. I kept reaching out and felt like they were just ignoring me instead of helping fix a simple issue.

"I ordered a pair of sneakers and..."
I ordered a pair of sneakers and felt like I was waiting forever. The tracking barely updated, which made it even more frustrating, and the package showed up much later than expected. I really liked the shoes, but if shipping is going to be THIS slow, I don’t think I’d order again.

"I ordered black shoes in size 9, but..."
I ordered black shoes in size 9, but they sent me white ones in size 8. I was opening the box and just got confused because it’s not even close to what I buy. Frustrating honestly.

"Never heard back and the tracking didn’t move"
I ordered this around the beginning of the month, or maybe the last week of the month before, I can’t remember exactly. Either way, the tracking never updated at all, so it was useless. I tried reaching out and never got a reply, which made the whole thing even more frustrating

"Nice enough shoes, but still overpriced"
I’ll be honest, the shoes looked decent when they arrived, and I kind of liked the style at first. But at the same time, the quality just doesn’t match the price at all. They’re not terrible or anything, but I definitely expected more for what I paid. I might wear them here and there, but I wouldn’t buy them again.

"Not worth the money"
The sneakers looked fine when I first got them, but that didn’t last long. After just a few wears, the stitching started coming loose and the sole already felt cheap. I don’t have the patience for shoes falling apart this fast, especially for the price. Definitely wouldn’t buy from here again.

I had a refund issue and this was actually useful for helping me explain what happened in a clearer way. I just shared the details and it helped put it into better wording, which saved me some time. I do have mixed feelings though, because it still depends a lot on how much information you provide and it won’t magically fix the refund for you. But if you’re stuck trying to write a message to customer support, it can definitely help
